Dissatisfied with the product purchased from ementistore.com?

You can exchange it or request a refund. MIHAI TRAISTARIU S.R.L. undertakes to exchange/return the value of products if the following conditions are met:

The return/exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt;

Products look immaculate and show no signs of wear or damage;

Packaging must be original and kept intact;

Payment of transportation is borne by the customer.

Contact us by email at contact@ementistore.com and announce your wish to return/exchange a product. You will receive an order number and return address.

If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations (for whatever reason), MIHAI TRAISTARIU S.R.L. offers you the possibility to return it and refund the value of the product to your bank account. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

If you want to replace the product, you can place a new order on the site that you will pay separately by the payment method of your choice.

Important: The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received by the customer, with the original packaging and all original accessories in order to benefit from the return rights.
